When your alarm goes off, it sends a signal to a monitoring center. There, they answer the notification and contact you to verify if the alarm is genuine. If it’s a false alarm, you just need to give them your passcode and the alarm will be canceled. In the case of a break-in or actual emergency, they’ll immediately contact the right authorities and notify your emergency contact list, ensuring that you and your family are safe.
